Information we collect

We collect the contact and business details you enter, your generated website content, account activity, payment status, support messages, and basic product analytics. If you import a CSV, PDF, or TXT file in the builder, we extract its text in memory for your editable website draft and do not retain the original uploaded file through that import step. Razorpay processes payment credentials. We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking password.

Published customer websites count weekly page views and taps on WhatsApp, phone, and directions so the site owner can understand whether the website is helping. To estimate unique weekly visitors, we create a one-way identifier from limited request information and rotate it every India-local reporting week. The analytics store does not retain the visitor's raw IP address or raw browser identifier, and the generated site respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

How we use it

We use this information to create and host your website, manage your account and domains, confirm payments, prevent abuse, provide support, measure product reliability, and send service updates you request.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and service providers including Supabase, Vercel, Razorpay, and product analytics or monitoring providers. They receive only the information needed to perform their role.

Retention and control

We retain account, payment, and website records while your service is active and as needed for security, support, accounting, and legal obligations. You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete eligible personal information by emailing mewdiaservice@gmail.com. Some payment and transaction records may need to be retained.

Security and children

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and scoped service credentials. No online service can promise absolute security. This service is intended for business owners aged 18 or older.

Service terms

What the standard purchase includes

The ₹500 standard purchase includes one generated business website, a hosted address, SSL, and hosting for the first year. Until 1cwi.in is connected, that hosted address is the Vercel URL shown at publish time. Hosting renewal is ₹250 per year. ZIP export and connecting a customer-owned custom domain are separate ₹250 one-time features unless a written offer says otherwise.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of the business content and images you provide. You give us permission to process and publish them to deliver the service. You are responsible for their accuracy, permissions, licenses, claims, pricing, and compliance with rules that apply to your sector.

Domains

The custom-domain feature connects a domain you already own. It does not include buying or renewing that domain. You remain responsible for registrar fees and for keeping domain access and DNS records current.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content, or to interfere with the platform. We may suspend affected content or accounts when needed to protect customers, the public, or the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep published sites available, but maintenance and third-party infrastructure can cause interruptions. We may improve features and templates while preserving paid entitlements. Custom work requires a separate written scope and quote.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided for the amount paid and we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or business decisions based on customer-supplied content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.

Refund policy

When we refund

We will correct or refund a duplicate payment. If a paid website cannot be published because of a failure in our service and we cannot resolve it within seven working days after you contact us, you may request a refund for that undelivered purchase.

After delivery

Payment authorizes immediate delivery of a customized digital website. Once the website or paid add-on has been successfully delivered, change-of-mind refunds are normally unavailable. This does not remove any statutory remedy that applies to a defective or misdescribed service.

How to request help

Email mewdiaservice@gmail.com with your account email or mobile number, website address, payment ID, and a short description. Do not send card details, OTPs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method according to the payment provider's processing time.
